The physical education program is sequential in its design, providing for a broad base of activities and instruction at the freshman level and building upon this experience as students progres through the high school program. Students will develop sport skills, learn how to assess and improve their present level of fitness, and gain an appreciation for a physically active lifestyle. Instruction is geared towards helping students meet their individual needs. The Health course emphasize wellness and developing a positive approach to living through responsible decision-making about one’s personal well-being.
