BIOGRAPHY
Dale Maxwell has taught Social Studies at Coventry High School for 12 years. She has served as advisor to the CHS Gay Straight Alliance, as well as advising the CHS Emerald Yearbook for 3 years. Certified as Adjunct Professor in the History Department at the University of Connecticut, Mrs. Maxwell teaches a 3-credit Modern European History class as part of UConn's Early College Experience Program. Mrs. Maxwell has been recognized by the Connecticut Bar Association as a recipient of a Liberty Bell Award for promoting civics education. She also received a citation from the Connecticut Supreme Court for her efforts to educate Coventry students about the responsibilities of jury duty.
