SPIRIT WEAR

CGS families can now check out our SPIRIT WEAR on line. Just down load our order form and send it in with a check made out to Coventry Grammar PTO in your child's back pack.

OPEN HOUSE/BOOK FAIR  - September 9th.  We are looking for volunteers for the Book Fair.  If you can help out, please contact Martha McKerley at mmckerley@sbcglobal.net

FAMILY FUN NIGHT - October 16th.  Please join us for a fun night of family Bingo  Fun prizes!!  If interested in Chairing a Family Night, please contact Kari Bennett or Jennifer Zawacki.

PANCAKE BREAKFAST - October 31st.  More details to follow.  If interested in helping out, please contact Jennifer Zawacki.  We will need parent volunteers to help serve.

THYMES REMEMBERED VENDOR NIGHT - November 13th, 4-8 pm. Please come and have
a fun shopping night. A percentage of the proceeds of each vendor will be
donated back to Coventry Grammar School.

STAFF APPRECIATION WEEK - November 17th, 18th, 19th. If you can bring baked goods or donate cups, plates, napkins etc. Jen Oberlin is the Staff Appreciation Chairperson. You may contact her at 742-2925 or jennoberlin@charter.net.

CRAFT/BAKE SALE - December 5th. CGS is responsible for the Bake Sale. We are in need of a chairperson for this event. If you haven't already volunteered to work or bake and would like to do so, please contact Beth Hassett at 742-5605 or bhassett5605@charter.net
