There are so many outstanding graduates from Coventry Public Schools.  We'd like to introduce you to them and celebrate their achievements.......

   

Our first honoree is...

Lindsey Messecar

Class of 2003

 

After graduating from Coventry High School in 2003, Lindsey Messecar attended the Art Institute of Boston, graduating magna cum laude with a Bachelor’s Degree in Illustration in December of 2006.  In 2007, Lindsey won first place at the Windham Art's Emerging Artists Exhibition which allowed her to have her own show over the summer to display her artwork.  She also attended the Illustration Master Class this past summer, which was taught by some of the world's best science fiction and fantasy illustrators, such as Boris Vallejo, Julie Bell, Donato Giancola, and many others.  The class brought Lindsey’s work to a whole new level. She is currently working towards a career illustrating science fiction and fantasy book covers and games.
